For me, the best 'high' you'll ever feel is true, online business success. Even with an affiliate program like Global NPN, you still need to think like a retailer in some ways. Why? Because your referral prospects are consumers and you are the merchant. So what are some concepts to bear in mind when tailoring your sales messages and ads?

It used to be that only certain professions and businesses had to really listen closely with empathy to their client's needs. But the point is this: you used some kind of 'bait' to attract the subscribers, such as a free ebook, free report or what-have-you. Once they are on your list and received your gift, the autoresponder series should continue to offer genuinely useful marketing tips and more freebies.

The truth about earning money online
If you are new to the online marketing, it can be very confusing! When you search for ways to make money online, you'll find millions of pages, most of them full of outrageous, empty promises. In fact, like movie-trailers that are better than the movies themselves, ads for online money-making programs are usually better than the programs themselves. That's because they are designed to appeal to your emotions rather than common sense.
In reality, there is no free lunch when it comes to making money online. Marketing online has to make business sense, just like real-world offline business. There really isn't any difference between, say, selling chess sets, books or hair-care supplies online or offline - business is business.

Affiliate marketers don't own any products or services for sale. Instead, they refer potential customers to other companies' products or services. If those referrals make a purchase, the affiliate marketer gets a commission.
Being an affiliate is the same as being a commission-based sales person in the offline world. With online MLM enjoying a 21st century renaissance, it is possible to earn commissions from a downline sales force as as well as through your own effort. This produces something called 'residual income'.
Online Business Model #4: Selling Advertising
This business model works in the same way as advertising in paper-based magazines and newspapers - if your website has readers, you can sell advertising space.
Advertising is how the "free websites" make money. If a website is full of free information and is not selling anything, chances are the owners are making money from advertisements.
As you can see, there is nothing "magic" about the Internet - it is just a medium of doing business. You make money by either selling something or by being the middleman in the sales transaction. Before you get involved with any online business opportunity, always make sure that it passes your "common sense" test.

Is Global NPN a good business to promote?
Global NPN is the perfect online business for beginners because it has everything that you could possibly need and all in one place. That's excellent. But to promote the affiliate plan successfully (as with anything else online), you will need your own website or blog and you simply must have a plan for getting daily web traffic.
Earning money as an NPN affiliate really boils down to three(3) simple things:
1) Traffic - Getting people to the site where your affiliate links are
2) Explanation - Giving people the introduction to Global NPN
3) Conversions - Turning visitors into affiliates
Traffic is the most popularly touched on topic, probably because most people find it to be so hard to get tons of people to a site. The main reason for that (in my opinion) is because they're impatient and don't want to learn. But you don't really need to learn a 'million' different ways to drive traffic to your site.
One method is more than enough in most cases, though having more helps. With online business, too much is never enough!
But, if you are just starting out, I'd recommend that you focus on (and get good at) one traffic generation method before moving on to learning another one. Why? Because you can concentrate on it and get good at it, that's why! What good is it if you're no good at it? And if you have too many options, you will get hit by analysis paralysis, and not do anything because there are just too many things you can do. It's called 'overwhelm'. It's probably the #1 problem for beginners and it's THE major cause of burn-outs.

If you are a true master of just one traffic generation method, and can drive targeted traffic to any site at any time, you won't have any problems earning money online. Once the traffic problem is solved, offer and conversion is just a step away.
Right now, the most popular method for driving traffic is through back-linking and SEO, and chances are it's the method that you are using too. The reason why it's so popular is that it helps you get number one rankings in the search engines, and this will help give you Free targeted traffic on a daily basis. Note I said targeted traffic, meaning you give people what they are looking for, and the chances are much higher that they'll join NPN from your site.
Doing this is very easy with SEO compared with other traffic generation methods. If people are searching for "dog training material", you give them dog training material that they can buy. Simple as that.

How can I get more website traffic for free?
Website Traffic is the greatest challenge for most people who are working online to build a full or part-time income. So today, we’ll look at a the most basic and important way in which to increase traffic to your site... for free. When you join my team at Global NPN, you will want traffic to the affiliate links that you place on your website and/or blog.
But just know that it takes time to build up a consistent flow of targeted traffic to your website. One of the truths that every newcomer to this industry must accept is that nothing happens quickly. Remember, I said “build” traffic - not create tons of it overnight out of thin air. It’s a process, just like every other aspect of starting and managing an online business. That said, it really isn’t all that hard. And it doesn’t take nearly as much time as you might imagine. By the way, the competition is rarely as fierce as it seems at first either. That's because most people just don't try very hard and they aren't persistent and consistent… as you must be.
So let's talk specifics.
Before you try any other methods of getting traffic, it’s important to make sure your website is properly optimized. This is called SEO, which stands for Search Engine Optimization. If you don't intentionally optimize your content (blog posts, articles, forum threads, etc) for a specific keyword phrase, and intentionally get backlinks to that content, you won't get anywhere near as much traffic (and readers) as you otherwise would. It only makes sense to optimize with a purpose, and with a plan. Otherwise you’re cheating yourself out of more traffic, and most importantly – better traffic. You want to target what’s called long-tail keyword phrases. These are longer, more specific (and less competitive) keyword phrases. You don’t just want to choose any phrase though – you want to use keyword targeting to attract a very specific type of visitor. Take the title to this post, for example: 'How can I get more website traffic for free?' That's a long-tail phrase that somebody, somewhere, is typing into a search engine every day.
Don't give up before you get started.
Don’t let the idea of competition scare you off. The truth is, most competitors are rarely as skilled or dominating as they appear to be. The fact that they achieved their rankings (and their business success), should prove to you that it can be done for an affiliate business like Global NPN. There's your proof right there. Just keep in mind that it didn’t happen overnight for them either.
Start with long tail keyword phrases that are easier to rank for, as I mentioned above. Make sure every page of your site or blog is properly optimized for a well-chosen keyword phrase, and that each page has a very specific call-to-action or links to Global NPN. Make sure these two things are done before you start testing other marketing strategies. That will allow your site to get established in the major search engines and begin rising in the results. Without those links (or a specific call-to-action), your web traffic is useless. So make sure it’s in place!

Is every single page optimized for a specific keyword phrase? Does every single page or post have a strong call-to-action regarding Global NPN? If not, start there before you worry about other traffic-generation methods.

How can beginners make money online?
"If I'm just starting out with the whole Internet Marketing thing, where do I even begin?" There are a number of established ways to earn money online and you should focus on one of them. The three(3) most basic options range from buying & selling on ebay, creating your own product or service (to sell online), to making money as an affiliate (i.e. selling someone else's products and services).
Speaking of focus, with so many options to make money online – single-minded focus is paramount. You want to choose a subject (i.e. niche), such as carring for parrots, and a business model to work with, and then work on that one project all the way from start to profitability. Don’t let all the other options distract or derail you... because you will be bombarded with them! Once you decide on a topic or niche, you should sit down and map out a plan for your Internet business model. What market are you targeting, and how can you best serve that market? What is it that your potential online customers want and need the most? This is the angle you want to work from, vs the more common: 'how can I make the most money from this market?' (hint: Most people get it backwards and then get frustrated when that doesn’t work out for them)
So you choose a niche, create a blog or website, set up social media profiles to interact with your target market on the topic, and you create and share useful content that will build your reputation and readership in that niche. But I can hear what you’re saying right now… “That all sounds great, but how do I make money from it?”
The absolute easiest way to make money online is with Affiliate Marketing. You don’t have to create a product, set up a shopping cart and merchant account, do customer service, work with clients, etc. It’s very much like a traditional commission-based sales job where you earn a commission on any sales you refer. The difference is that you’re doing it online, and you can do it from home without ever doing in-person or phone sales. You simply recommend products and/or refer people to specific merchants through the content on your website.
The sales method that I prefer is creating content that is optimized to rank well in the major search engines. People find it when they are searching for that, click through, and buy what they need or want. This works really well because you write the content once, and it continues to rank well and earn you money for years to come. As long as you maintain your search engine rankings.
But you're still asking... “How can I make 3-4k a month or more? What steps will it take to get there?”
I know this is stating the obvious, but it should be said: It takes time, work, and being both persistent and consistent. An online business is the same as any other business in that it requires an investment on your part to get it up and running. The positive side of online business is that it takes a lot less time and money than most traditional offline business models.

Yes, it’s work. In fact, it's a LOT of work. It's so mcu work that only a handfull of people will do what it takes to succeed online. But if you're one of those who want it badly enough, what I have outlined here will work for you over time. And yes – it’s worth it!

I'm just about about fed up with affiliate marketing
I've been scammed more than once. How about you? Aren’t you fed up with the get rich quick scams - everyone promising heaven and delivering hell? You know what I'm talking about. It's the worthless junk that 'sounds' easy enough. But once you get started and pay your money, you find out that it will never work like they promised it would. That, or it's just too damned complicated.
I’ve had it with the 'guru' techniques that just NEVER work for the average guy or gal like you and me. These are the time wasters, the high-priced junk programs, the affiliate stuff... you name it. How about something truly revolutionary, because of how easy, simple and cheap it is? Welcome to my Global NPN blog
Greetings. My name is Juli Lopez, and I live in the beautiful city of Houston Texas. Do you know the five keys to financial success?
In my Global NPN business, I apply these five eternal truths and keep them in mind at all times. I believe that they are as correct as they are timeless. I offer them as suggestions to anyone reading this who has an interest in Global NPN, or online business in general.
Here they are...
1. Stop working for someone else. No one ever became rich working for someone else. True financial success comes from risk-taking and becoming more than you thought that you could become. Start your online business from home (part-time), but make it your burning desire to become a full-time business that will never stop growing!
2. Do something different. Remember the definition of insanity, "Keep doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results." If you want different results than what you're getting now, you must DO something different. That's just common sense, right? But to do something different, you have to be exposed to new ideas and start thinking in new ways. Just reading this post tells me that you're ready!
3. You gotta’ have leverage. You absolutely MUST find something that allows you to "leverage" someone else's time or money. That's what all the rich people do. They get paid when other people do things - you can, too. That's why the MLM-style affiliate sales plan for Global NPN is so powerful. It's all about leverage. And forget any 'stigmas' associated with MLM. That's where the money is... and it's all about leverage!
4. Surround yourself with like-minded people. Your results will come faster and be exponentially greater than if you try to do this on your own without the support of a Mastermind Group. You need to hang out with people who can help you achieve your goals, and who will elevate you. They'll help you become all that you can become. This point cannot be emphasized enough. Then hands on the clock are spinning like airplane propellers and the years are flying by. Stop thinking about it and make a commitment. Your future depends on it!
